Streaming performance on old MacBook (Core Duo)?

Hi,
I still have a 2006 MacBook with just a 2GHz Core Duo.
It is running on 802.11g network with a Time Capsule capable of 802.11n.

Would the streaming performance of photos and music from it to a ATV2 be still fine?

I've read that large photo libraries do need quite a time to load before the first photo can be displayed...
