Reinstalled tiger on osx but now I need iTunes 9..How?

I don't have a leopard disk for iTunes ten. I never thought about iTunes when I reinstalled tiger my powerbook so I need some help getting a download of iTunes 9 or else I'll be stuck with version 6 😡. How do I obtain a copy?
