Help!Every app crashes when i open them! even the original ones. like mail!

omg i cant believe it, when i tried to open applications, it crashes

but when i press the home button, it goes back to normal!!!

btw it's ipodtouch 3rd generation 3.1.3 jailbroken

need help!!!

anyone can help me???
