2 questions here:
#1) Why are my video and photos from the i4 all upside down when I copy them to my PC? Photos are no problem to flip but vids are impossible. If I play them in QUICKTIME player they are OK but in any Windows player they are upside down as well as the thumbnail you see on the desktop or in a folder. Everything is shot in landscape mode,
#2) My vids and photos aren't syncing to my PC (yes, I know I can directly copy them). I have both photos and vids checked off to SYNC in iTunes but they aren't.
When I do a sync it says "optimizing xx of xx" where XX is the number of photos to be sync'd but they never get put on my computer.
