ibook Hardware Test failed to boot

My first post, so I hope it's in the right place.

I have downloaded what I assume is the correct AHT image (iBook Version 1.2.4 http://www.info.apple.com/support/aht.html) from Apple Support. After burning it to a CD, using disk Utility, it fails to boot on my late 2004 14" G4 1.33ghz IBook M9627B/A.

Am I doing something wrong or is there another version of AHT that is available as a download that will work?
