Preferences>Show Ringtones. Note: Only the iPhone can sync ringtones, the iPod Touch and iPad cannot.

Yeah, and it's useless for iTouch and iPod...

I meant where do I find the ringtones in the itunes STORE. I want to buy ringtones ... can't find 'em.

It's so convenient to make your own ringtones with Garage Band. And when you have a huge collection of music, comedy or any rare recordings the choices can be endless!
