Apple Developer Question

Im planning on purchasing the $99 a year Mac developer package, when it says you get access to pre-release software, does that include a beta version of Lion when it gets released?

Yes. Although it is an assumption (albeit a fairly safe one) that a beta version of Lion will be released.

Yes, you'll get access to Beta seeds of 10.7 Lion. However, Apple may choose to hold the "special end-user features" from it like they did with 10.5 Leopard until the very last few seeds.

I highly doubt the first beta release of Lion seeded to developers will include Launchpad, Mission Control, App Store, etc if that's your reasoning for joining the program.
