IPhone 4 unable to send SMS with picture

I have iphone 4 JB/unlocked using T-mobile, OS version 4.0.1, modern firmware 01.59.00. Download in Cydia T-mobile US MMS fix...

My question is: I can text message but was unable to send PICTURE 😕, It always show (!) next to the picture. Also can't received picture through text message either.

Please help...Thanks and really appreciated all the help.
 
on the network settings make sure data roaming is on, if doenst work still turn your iphone off and back on, that worked for me.
 
Getting MMS to work on Tmobile with iphones past 4.0+ is very tricky.
There was a few threads about it with many different suggestions. See if you can dig them up.
 
Just having a T-Mobile SIM in there won't make your iPhone automatically be able to send MMS. The iPhone needs the names of the servers to talk too.

Those settings are not automatic.
