10.5 'Leopard' to 10.6 'Snow Leopard' is not a free update, you need to pay for it. Very cheap though, look on the Apple Store online.

That's because your new one already has 10.6 on it. 10.5.8 is the latest version of 10.5. You get small updates for free (like 10.5.1 to 10.5.2 to 10.5.3 all the way up to 10.5.8) but the big ones (10.4 to 10.5 to 10.6) are paid upgrades.

So in order to upgrade to 10.6, you need to purchase it. In the US, it's $30.

Is there a question in there? I guess English is not your first language, thus I presume you asked again, how you could get 10.6.5 onto your MacBook with 10.5.8? If that is the case, your question has already been answered, but here is a link: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard for 29 USD (price might vary in your country).

Btw, if you have bought your new MacBook after September 2009, it had Mac OS X 10.6.x already installed onto it, therefore it is able to update from 10.6.x to 10.6.5.

MRoogle is a good tool to search these fora for already existing threads about questions you have. It will show you plenty of similar threads about your question.
