macOS centering a view in a scrollview

Does anyone know if it's possible to change where the content view of a scroll view is drawn?

i have a scroll view and when the content view is not as big as the scroll view i want it to be in the center.

i've tried modifying the origin of the content view with no luck. it remains in the corner.

yeah i tried changing the origin of the clip view with no luck...
