I have a Quicksilver Dual 1 GHZ with a GeForce 4 MX card. I use it mostly for FCP video editing. Would upgrading the video card enhance performance?

it will enhance the on-screen performance fo sho...but wouldn't make much of a difference in FCP performance...your dual GHz will take care of rendering and whatnot

thats a good question, I would assume you would see slightly faster performance but not a noticable difference in rendering time. The redraws should be quicker if youre working with heavy duty stuff in FCP
