Xcode 4 Retail Released Today?
It would only make since, as 4.2 is coming out today, and Xcode 4 has gone through 5 BETA's.
Your opinion? Thanks

Pretty sure release of iOS 4.2 means the release of Xcode 3.2.5, not Xcode 4.
I guess Xcode 4 might be released at WWDC next year. Also, "Retail"? Apple doesn't sell Xcode. Last edited by cnstoll; Nov 22, 2010 at 12:46 PM. |

OP, you logic doesn't make sense. The versions numbers of iOS and Xcode are not related.

Then how come Xcode 3.2.0 was with the iPad's OS?

One example does not a pattern make!
Tweets tagged #xcode4 suggest that XCode 4 is still very much pre-release software.
