Syncing iPhone 3GS to new computer (old one stolen)

I'm wondering how to transfer all my music files and iTunes purchases to my new Mac from my iPhone, however I don't have access to the computer that they were originally synced from as it was stolen (and of course I don't have a backup...). I must have spent a small fortune on iTunes purchases and I really don't want to lose them! Any ideas? 🙂
