Photoshop CS5 - Layer Style Issue

My default layer styles are messed up. I've found some of the default layers styles are really nice...but for some reason the default styles are all messed up. For example. the stroke defaults at 13 pixels, and the drop shadow defaults are set to 15, 14 pixels (depth / size etc). Is there a way to reset this!?
