How do you set up Midco Mail on the iPhone?

I haven't been able to figure it out yet. Is Midco mail IMAP or POP, and what's the host name, user name (incoming server) and outgoing server (host/user name). Any suggestions? Thanks!

Need help again: did any of these steps change? It hasn't been working for a long time - just found this thread again. Thanks.

You'd have to verify with your email provider (Midco).
