Can you make Blu-ray ISO rips in OSX?

I've searched around but not found any software that runs in OSX to rip ISO images of Blu-ray discs. I know I can use MakeMKV to, well, make MKVs but I think I'd rather have ISO backups instead so that I can preserve the full lossless audio, menus, features, etc.

Am I forced to boot into Windows to do this?
