Recording acoustic drums on separate tracks in Logic Pro 9
Firstly thank you for your time.
Sorry if i'm asking stupid, simply questions but i'm new to logic and recording software. I'm am trying to work out how to record acoustic drums on separate tracks in logic pro 9, and so far i'm struggling.
Friends have said i need and I/O interface to do this. Is the correct?
if so could you recommend one for around £400
(such as Saffire pro 40 or Alesis io 26)
Secondly, how do i map them into the Logic Pro 9 ?
Ow, if anyone could recommend drum mic's ( 1x kick, 1x Snare, 2 xTom, 2 x Overheads) for around £400 or less it would be a great help.
(Currently looking at the Samson 8kit)
Many Thanks again, any advise is appreciated.
