I have an iPhone 4, in original packaging and I don't wish to open it before verifying if it's factory unlocked or not. Is there any way to check this? ANY WAY?

I can try going to Apple Store to see if they can check.. but want to avoid it if I can check some other way ... perhaps punch in the serial number online somewhere?

What's your iPhone's model number? Where did you buy it from?

At the iPhone hacks section.
There's no way you can tell for sure if its factory unlocked or not.
It doesnt look any different than any other iphone sold out there.
I'd contact Apple, you got if from an Apple store in Canada for full price officially unlocked?
