Video thumbnails are screwed up

Didn't know how to search after that, so i'm trying to explain.
Suddenly out of nothing every video content synced to my ipad get a thumbnail picture from my audio files so, nearly all my video files have covers from music files and after selecting the video file the thumbnail goes away and the video file is presented with white nothing as descriptive thumbnail

Is that clear to understand? :)

Whats this, is my itunes db screwed up? In itunes itself all looks good and correct.
