how to share iTunes contents between different 2 itunes accounts on 2 computers?

How do I copy/share movies and apps from someone else's computer and iTunes account (Person X) onto another computer and iTunes account (Person Y), so Person Y can get those movies and apps onto Person Y’s iTouch? Can you give me detailed 101 instructions?😕
