Remove Page Curls from a pdf

Please let me know if anybody has encountered a process for removing page curls from a pdf file. I have a pdf with page curls added for a book or magazine effect. It may have been added in InDesign or Acrobat (not sure). The page curls have a slight animation, which may relate to Flash. My goal is to print a clean image; or extract the image from the pdf for additional photo adjustments. I don’t have access to the original source file anymore. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
