I also brought one about a week ago myself and notice that the website is down also. The guy did provide me with a tracking number. If you need to contact him here are some contact that I got.

I too am in the same boat as you, i ordered the full $299 kit on the 28th of nov. from whiteiphone4now.com, as well as the headphone jack and dock connector pieces off ebay, the two pieces from ebay have already been shipped from cali but i have not received any type of confirmation from whiteiphonenow.com, i emailed him about an hour ago, i hope i get some sort of response, and quick, his website being down scares me though. trying to stay positive here

What's funny is if we receive our product, then we will be screw still since they remove the posting on how to install it. LOL.

Yeah the guy who sold these parts is under criminal investigation by Apple, he was selling stolen parts from Foxconn. I'd get your money back ASAP.
This kid has to be the dumbest person in the world. He is only 17 and he is willing to throw away everything for like 30000 dollars? Apple lawayers are the top lawyers in the country. Apple is one of the most powerful tech companies in the world and they will do anything to bring this kid down for doing this. This kid is is lots of trouble. Doesn't he know how scary these corporations can be? Look at what they did to Jason Chen at gizmodo. That is nothing compare to what will happen to him.
He's actually made about $150,000 since he started the website... Just saying
He sold 150000 worth of parts. That doesn't mean they are all profits. There is something called revenue and profit. Just saying.
It's madness. It's only a color, and you'll likely put a case on it anyway. And if you don't you run the risk of breaking the glass. Frankly, I think people just want white iphones to look different and try to maintain their social status as having the newest things. Can think of so many better ways to spent $300.
I don't mind spending the money because this is the second iPhone 4 that I've cracked the screen on and apple charges $200 to swap it out at the store, to me an extra Benjamin is well worth it to have te color I want

Why not just be more careful with your iPhone's? Instead of having to dish out $200 every time you crack your screen, why not buy a decent $25 case? Simple.
