MDD G4 RAM with Mac Mini?

can I swap the 256 stick from the mac mini and put inside my dual 1.25 MDD g4 and then take a 512 stick from the powermac and insert into the mini?

I don't *know*, but I'd have thought the Mini would use SO-DIMMs (the small ones) and not full size DDR 😕

From the pictures I've seen it looks like it takes a single full-size DIMM
