13 inch MacBook Pro battery life problem?

Ok, so about 4 - 6 months ago, I bought the newest Macbook Pro out, (the newest version ... ) and it's battery life was fine and lasted to 4 hours, now, it lasts like 1 hour or maybe up to 2 hours with 100% battery power. I am annoyed, and how do I get this problem fixed? is there a possible reason why it is so low and not lasting it's 4 hour battery life like it is meant to? Also, what are tips to make it last it's 4 hours ... also, no other problems, like errors have happened, only battery life.

We're talking about a mid 2010 13 inch macbook pro right?

First thing is to read through the FAQ in the above post from GGJstudios...
You might just need to calibrate your battery.

BUT... you might also want to look at how you are using your MBP.

Turn off bluetooth if you don't really use it.
Set screen brightness to as low as you can handle.
In the energy saver prefrences tick the box to "Put hardisk(s) to sleep whenever possible"
Unplug USB devices that are not being used.

And Adobe Flash will drain your battery like crazy!

This.

It also seems that with 10.6.5, flash usage has gotten even more intense cpu-wise; nothing scientific, just my observation.

You really have to evaluate how your usage is compared to when you last reported "4 hours"
