New (to me) powerbook G4 help.

Hi All.
I just bought a powerbook G4 12 inch from a friend, and was wondering how I could make it mine and get all her stuff off it without doing a clean install, as it has some good software and music I wanna keep?
Also, it didn't come with any discs, I have an old 15 inch G4, will the startup cds be the same if I do need to reinstall?

One of the closest you can get to this is creating a new user account, and deleting your friend's old one. You can do this in System Preferences under accounts.

Put all the stuff you want onto an external hard drive.
