hey guys,

Had my MBA for about a month now and everything's been fine. Last couple of days though when I go to wake it from sleep I get a black screen. I have applied the update today but it's still doing the same thing. When I power it on, it takes like twice as long as usual to boot up as if it had crashed from sleeping. Any ideas?

Thanks

Back it up with Time Machine and take it in for AppleCare. No point to waste time on internet forums when you're eligible for tech support from Apple.

x2. I suspect there are still some of these issues caused by bad logic boards. In any case, the Apple Genius bar may be helpful.
