Given M$ legendary business practices, who in their right mind would sign themselves up for a Windows Media format. It's been shown over and over again that open standards win in these markets, just ask Sony. Please don't start telling me Apple's AAC is proprietary, because it's not, it's part of MPEG4. Only iTunes DRM is proprietary to Apple.

GREAT!!!
Let's hope all other markets deciding between MPEG and M$ are as smart as the satellite companies!
