Got the Super Talent 1333 RAM today. The RAM chips are made by Hynix:
http://www.hynix.com/gl/index.jsp 16 GB (4x4GB in single channel configuration) dropped right in and the MP booted in 30 seconds. I had a 3x2GB (triple channel configuration) previously which booted in 26 seconds. The slower boot time is consistent with the larger memory check in POST. For the curious, Geekbench dropped ~1% with the single channel (16 GB) config compared to the triple channel config. edit: The coupon code I listed in the original post has expired ............ but the price has dropped also. cheers JohnG

It's not much of a saving compared to a true and tried brand like OWC.
