G5 10.3.7 won't sleep

My dual 1.8 G5 just got updated to 10.3.7. Now I can't get my G5 to sleep. When I go to the apple menu and pull down to sleep, the G5 goes to sleep momentarily, then immediately wakes up.

This problem came up after installing an Airport card and updating to 10.3.7.
