Basically just reviews and contrats Google's Picasa and iPhoto 5. They both are really simple to use, according to the author, though iPhoto gets bogged down with more than 20,000 photos compared to Picasa handling 250,000 without issue. It's basically a toss-up especially since they are aimed at different platforms but he warns that Adobe should watch out since they duplicate many of the features found in the $85 Elements. And he hopes that 2005 is the year of many more photo management programs like these two (following his assertion that 2004 was the year of the digital camera).
