I have done a bit of researching on this but can't get anywhere fast.
I have recently been getting a number of 8008 download errors when I buy movies from iTunes. It's now happening all the time - I'll get about half-way downloading, then the error pops up.
I tried the forum tip of deleting the .tmp files from iTunes Music > Downloads. Then starting the download from scratch. However, that hasn't solved it.
I emailed Apple Support - and I got a long, unhelpful mail basically saying it's my fault and I should try different accounts, blah blah.
Anybody got any advice?
