Ok well I have been realizing that my Power Mac G4 has been making a significant amount of noise recently. So if there are any modifications that i can do. Without spending over $30. I am on a little budget here, I don't wanna spend to much. I have replaced the 120m fan. The only one that blows air through the heat-sink. With a silent one. which stills sounds loud. I was thinking about changing the Power supply fans. But if i mess something up i am going to have problems. Also if any of you know how to over clock the computer please reply here. Thanks

Version 10.5.8 (Can't go any higher since it is a PPC)
Processor: Dual 1.25GHz PowerPC G4 2mb L3 cache per processor
Memory: 2GB DDR SDRAM

If you haven't tried it already, CHUD 3.5.2 (free) can lower the temp inside the case by allowing the processors to enter a low-power mode when they are not being used.

mine is so quiet, now...

It's simple, just open the side door 1.5" to 3", and support with a small piece if wire. Not the most attractive, but my MDD never ramps-up and takes off.
