Question Macbook air right fan help!

Hi!

I have just bought the newest macbook air, and im kinda worried about the right fan.. The left fan is running and have like 3000 RPM, but my right fan is just saying -1 RPM. I use smcfancontrol btw!

has the right fan been broken?
