im planning buying one in February/march should i wait till next revision(when do you think it will happen)

You should ask this question again closer to when you're ready to place the order. Right now, the guess is somewhere between now and WWDC. For all we know, some new feature on the next PowerMac rev could require Tiger.

i'd would wait. the current powermacs have been around for a while... new ones should be coming soon.
