How much extra $$ do you pay per month in fees, taxes etc?

Figure nearly $99. My bill is $98 without discount, I have unlimited data 450 minutes and unlimited texting.

It all depends on your area to. I live in Delaware and they dont charge that much. But I know people that pay up to $15 per line in Maryland.
