I use Now Contact and Up-to-Date from Power On/Now Software for the same purposes as Act!. http://www.poweronsoftware.com/

I've tried the demo of Daylite from marketcircle and was pretty impressed.

Daylite

Have anyone been using Daylite for your cntact management at work? I am in the sales/marketing and I develop new sales opportunities for my company. Daylite's website shows this program is a full featured program for sales professional. But, before I purchase this, I would like to hear comments (positive and negatives) from the forum members who have been using this program on the regular basis.

Sorry, but I really, really hate Now Up to Date and Contact.
Crash prone, poor tech support, and a file structure that guaranteed that you lost the connection between contacts and appointments if you had to recover or export a file. That was my bitter experience with versions 2.x - 4.x
