Boot Camp Control Panel

Hello, I have just bought a MBA and installed windows 7 premium via boot camp
I have updated boot camp for version 3.1 as apple's site recommends. But the problem are:

the control panel has only Start Up and brightness tabs.. The other tabs such as remote, keyboard, trackpad and power don't show up.
besides, in the brightness tab The setting I do for the bright doesn't cause any effect..

any help?
