hmmm I was considering this one

do you just have your itunes just pointed to it? how do you get itunes files on it and keep it updated with your latest movies.
I can give nothing but praise to my 411j. I had in it origninally 3 2TB drives and out grew that and just added a 4th. It did take 48 hours to added to the Raid 5, but that is to be expected.
The 110j of course is not going to be a Raid system. Bare min is 2 drives to Raid 1 and such and 3 drives for Raid 5. However looking for just a backup drive then this fits the bill.
I have iTunes pointed to this for encoded movies. In iTunes you can tell it where you libary is stored. iTunes will then always look into the directory/folder.
I get them in a two step process.
I use the workflow process to rip/encode movies

Second I utilize "Hazel" software to move around files from the above process. It's an amazing system that the user has shared.
1. Put in DVD/BD
2. Confirm Name of Movie(optional)
3. Rips
4. iCal launches and encodes for me all movies already ripped
5. All movies encoded get added to iTunes automatically for me(to include Metatagging)
6. Only ones that have issues do I deal with after Hazel has moved them to a Hold directory to be looked at. I fixed, color label them green and Hazel then moves files and adds to iTunes.
It is a thing of beauty.
