Will the Apple TV setting on Handbrake work with the Ipad?

Hello - I have over 60 home movies that I converted from little 3.5" dvds to apple tv format using handbrake. Will these work on an Ipad or do I need to do it all over again? I do not have an Ipad and cannot test myself yet.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Yes, the Apple TV setting works for iPad. Might not be the absolute, 100% best settings compared to specifically targetting iPad, but they should play just fine.
