Making iFrames affect outside iFrame with links in iWeb

Ok, so Basically theres one web page. With an iFrame on it. Inside that iframe theres another iframe with a link. How do I make the link open not in that iframe but in the outside iframe.

So basically with the links, they are done in iWeb and each link needs to open a different page.

I would avoid using iframes, simply because they can cause problems and confusion (especially if you have an iframe within another). You might want to look into using the <object> element instead.
