A few days ago I bought a used G5 Dual 2.5 with LC, it was from a musician and so had been treated with care. I got home yesterday to find the absolute a****** of a DHL delivery person has managed to break the box, drop it, cram it back in the box and sign for it himself under my name before he buggered off into the night.
The unit is in a bit of a mess now due to various parts being bent / dented from the impact. Long story short it doesn't power on. I have looked inside and there is no visible damaged, nothing rattling. I tried resetting the SMU on the logic board but nothing. Although I found that if I held the SMU Reset down then I get a white LED light up on the front until I release it, something I guess.
If anyone has any inkling as to what this could signify then I'd be extremely grateful.
