There is a FREE app namely as "TalkBox" which can let the user to do some voice message communication, sounds like a voice messagebox on your hand, and there is no need for your finger to 'dance' on the iphone screen any more..
Other features include integration with geographical location, "one-touch" recording, sync the contacts with facebook and twitter, etc.
I have just tried it, the quality is good~ But, still waiting for next upgrade to include attaching the sound clip directly on my facebook wall
