MBA shutting down when should sleep

Hello all

Got the 13" MBA Ultimate edition. I've started to noticed when I close the lid overnight the next day the laptop boots up instead of coming out of sleep mode.

Any ideas what would cause this?

Are you getting any kernel panic reports or other indications that something has crashed? See if you are running anything in particular when you shut down. It shouldn't be happening. I'd suggest running the diagnostics (hold the D key down while you reboot). You might want to have the Genius Bar look at it.

Thanks for the suggestions. I reset SMC and PRAM so far so good.
Hibernation mode is 3
