How to add a border/fringe to the entire "page" instead of just an image in iWeb?
Hello, I'm having some problems figuring out how to add a border-type thing to the entire page in iWeb. See how the top of this is fringed: http://cinnamongirlstudiodesign.com/...-blog-blogger/
I want to do something like that, but I just cant figure out how to do it. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks so much in advance!
