Same thing for me, i guess the servers are getting hit hard. Guess we will have to wait a couple of hours.
Normal. Not just you downloading right now. There's thousand of people overloading the servers. All you can do is wait.

Why would Cydia load fine on a tethered JB then? It still works fine for me.

Ahh, you actually have to download the Cydia app. I'm not used to Greenpois0n as Redsn0w comes with it.

Because newly untethered people have to download the Cydia program from Saruik's servers. The tethered people only have to download the updated sources lists.
Restore your iPhone and try jailbreaking again to download Cydia 🙂
There's no error into loading, but downloading.
