My G3 PPC not Power up

When start comes big Apple and spinning Wheel underneed. then,after a few Second Stops Wheel spinning and above comes a big black Box
in square 2" to 4" or so.
was working fine last Time,and switched off correctly.
But noticed last that only 1 of 3 Ram working.So removed all and tryed one by one with always the same result.
Anyone any Idea?

Your G3 is powering up, so your subject is misleading. What you're getting is called a kernel panic. There's no way of knowing why your system is panicking on bootup unless we can see the text. Try holding down command-v when you hear the chime. Then, text will come up on the screen, and the actual content of the panic will be displayed on the screen for interpretation. You could then try to take a picture of that and post it. We may be able to help then.
