Need a step by step guide to unlocking the iPhone4 to 4.2.1

So I currently use an iPhone 4 running 4.1 with my SHSH saved up to 4.2.B3. I read that 4.2 is now jailbreakable. Is it possible to update to 4.2 without updating the baseband so I can use UltraSn0w??
I use a windows pc, so I can't use Pwnage tool.
