Overclocked Dual G4/450 CPUs Running@Different Speeds?

Hi-
New member here... glad to be aboard!
I've overclocked my Dual G4/450 Sawtooth up to 550 MHz, and has been running without problems so far... one thing I noticed was that one processor is running @ 550, the other is still @ the original 450 setting.
Is this normal?
