Hello, I installed MobileTerminal but whenever I go to open it, the app has a loading screen but then closes abruptly although it stays open in the multitasking list (I have to close it manually). Any causes for this? Permissions problem or something?

You need to find the newset version of MobileTerminal, not the one that Cydia links you to. The one in Cydia is out of date, however, the newest Mobile Terminal is easy to find either in google, or by using some less than legal repos.
