I've had the original MBA for a few years now. In between I switched to the 13" MPB but came back to the Air because of the form factor. Now I'm ready to upgrade and am looking into the 11" Only have the 1.4GHz/128GB SSD option available here.
I mostly do we stuff with a little bit of Photoshop and Video Encoding from Flip devices. Photoshop is kinda bearable on my older Air but video encoding is a painful process. What I wanted to know is if the 1.4GHz CPU on the new 11" Air is about the same as the original's 1.6GHz and also if the GPU on the new Air can be utilized for encoding videos.
